DIVE MASTER
The PADI Dive Master course is your first step into the professional levels of diving and a rewarding career. During the PADI Dive Master course you will expand your dive knowledge, develop your overall water skills and stamina, your leadership abilities and fine tune your dive skills to a professional level.
You will also expand your problem solving skills learnt in your Rescue Course, and extend it from accident management and prevention scenarios to supervisory situations with student divers and certified divers.
You will receive training in compressor use, basic equipment fault finding and repair, organising dive trips, customer service skills and dive shop operation.
WHAT CAN A PADI DIVE MASTER DO
- Work in Dive centres, on live-aboard dive boats and in exotic resort locations all over the world
- Assist PADI Instructors with students
- Lead Divers on guided dive tours
- Lead certified divers on Discover Local Diving experiences
- Conduct PADI Scuba Review programs for certified divers
- Teach PADI Discover Snorkelling programs
- Teach Emergency First Response courses after successfully completing an Emergency First Response Instructor Course

WHAT DO YOU NEED
- PADI Advanced open water certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization).
- PADI Rescue Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization).
- A complete set of dive equipment
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A Dive medical completed within last 12 months
- Two passport photos
COURSE DURATION This course takes a minimum of 2 weeks and upto 3 months.
MINIMUM AGE 18
MINIMUM NUMBER LOGGED DIVES 20 dives to begin course and 60 dives for certification.
